Invocation to The Empress

The river of life flows through you.
Upon it we drift peacefully
to the ocean of the universal soul.

Creativity flows from you.
We are nourished by your love
and inspired by your passion.

A field of ripened corn is before you.
You bring to life those who
only think they are living.

Goddess of the Tarot
Our way to you is lit
by the stars in your crown.

We will look to the heavens and see your sign.
We will see you in the earth at our feet.
We will tend your fields of grain.

In your eyes we find courage.
Against your breasts we feel secure.
With your sceptre we feel the power…
Of the Mother, the Lover, and Tarot’s source.
